Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns for store credit, exchange, or refund within 30 days of your order date.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned due to change of mind. If your item is faulty or incorrect, please reach out to us for assistance.
Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve had a change of mind about a product, it must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Please contact us at support@rnphaircare.au to confirm eligibility before returning the item.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty product, please email us at support@rnphaircare.au with a detailed description and a photo of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.
Allergic Reactions
If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and take a photo of the reaction. Products must be returned with at least 80% of the product remaining to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Do not dispose of the item until we have resolved the matter.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
If the item was purchased with a discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.
Store credit and exchanges are also available as an alternative to refunds.
